Kingdom Connections of Greater Dayton (KCGD) is a faith-based 501(c)3 non-profit organization in Dayton, Ohio committed to advancing God’s Kingdom through connecting the Body of Christ and others of goodwill, and resourcing leaders in support of grassroots ministries focused on community transformation. We help leaders and organizations throughout the greater Dayton area to do better together than any one of us can do alone. We tackle challenges such as the disintegration of the family, poverty, joblessness, moral and spiritual bankruptcy of youth, leadership development, education, and racial and economic division in our communities.

KCGD is affiliated with Leadership Foundations of America (LFA). LFA is a network of local leadership foundations dedicated to the physical and spiritual transformation of our communities. As followers of Jesus Christ, we seek to connect people of faith and others of goodwill - from all walks of life - to renew our cities. When the resources of congregations, neighborhoods, business, philanthropy, government, and others are effectively linked, people's lives and whole communities can change in positive ways.

A Christian leadership foundation seeks the welfare of its city, unites the body of Christ, and addresses Kingdom issues. As such, KCGD seeks to be a catalyst and equipper for united Christian leadership and resources in urban America that is redemptive, creative, collaborative, and generous to the poor.
